Returns
At Hairwish, we do everything we can to ensure you're happy with your purchase. Still not completely satisfied? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for returns:
- The product must be unopened and unused (for hygiene reasons).
- Returns must be made within 14 days of registration.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
How do I return?
- Send an email to info@hair-wish.nl with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions from us by email.
- Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days .
Please note: Opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Warranty
Our hair products are carefully formulated. You're entitled to a 6-month statutory warranty with normal use.
Warranty applies to:
- Damage or defects upon receipt.
- Production defects (such as leaking packaging).
Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage due to misuse or incorrect storage.
- Damage due to use or normal wear and tear.
- Allergic reactions (always consult the ingredients list first).

Please send an email to info@hair-wish.nl within 3 days of receipt with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the defect or problem
- A short description
